1.拟订投资促进领域发展战略、规划、计划和政策并组织实施。

　　3.承担综合文稿、调查研究、综合性会议组织、督查督办、政策宣传、对外协调等工作。

　　4.统筹投资宣传推广工作。

　　5.牵头建立项目落地服务工作机制，统筹全市重大项目招引落地的布局。

　　6.拟订全市投资促进考核评价指标体系，对目标任务进行分解、检查、督促，组织考核评价各区各部门投资促进工作。
